Waterfront Ballroom
With its picturesque water views and breathtaking sunsets, our premier Waterfront Ballroom offers an elegant setting for wedding receptions and ceremonies. The space features a fireplace, a spacious interior, and an outdoor terrace. It comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests for a seated dinner, 200 for a ceremony, or 250 in a cocktail-style arrangement.

Overlooking our private marina, the Great Lawn is designed for hosting large groups of up to 1,000 people—a lush setting that’s a natural location for outdoor wedding receptions following a ceremony on the Cottage Lawn.
Sunset Pier
Overlooking Lake Montauk, the Sunset Pier is closest to the Marina docks, offering front-row waterfront views. It provides a casual setting for ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, sunset cocktails, welcome parties, and celebratory brunches, with space to host up to 160 guests.

Set amongst our enclave of historic cottages, the expansive Cottage Lawn & Courtyard offers privacy for large wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions, outdoor pop-ups, or more refined fêtes–with space to accommodate up to 500 guests.
Lighthouse ONE
Lighthouse One provides a picturesque setting perfect for after parties, bridal or groomsmen suites, first looks, and more. This intimate, lounge-like space features a built-in library and bar, with sliding doors that open to a private outdoor terrace showcasing sweeping water views. Accommodating up to 80 guests, Lighthouse One offers a cozy and elegant environment for unforgettable moments.

Lighthouse Two offers a bright, elegant space ideal for bridal suites, cocktail hours, and pre-wedding gatherings. With stunning panoramic views of Lake Montauk, built-in AV capabilities, and room for up to 60 guests, it provides a beautiful setting to start your special day.

A beautiful, all-season venue directly in front of the historic lighthouse—perfect for casual all-day gatherings or sunset cocktail receptions, including a slate patio with cozy fire pits, comfortable seating, Lake Montauk views, and space for up to 140 guests.
Pool Patio
A unique setting for al fresco cocktail hours, intimate dinners, or meaningful outdoor gatherings around the bonfire…all with beautiful sunset & marina views. The Pool Patio offers space to accommodate up to 60 guests or an option for guests to overflow from the Lighthouse Fire Pit.
Pool Club
The Pool Club is an ideal setting for outdoor brunch events, small cocktail hours, or after parties on the gazebo—all overlooking the marina and equipped with elevated amenities for up to 60 guests.
North Courtyard
Accompanying buyouts of our Courtyard rooms, the firepit-lined North Courtyard offers an outdoor option perfect for cocktail receptions, cozy bonfires, and group dinners for up to 150 guests—with a central location close to North building guest rooms, restaurant, and pool area.
CURATED MENUS
Executive Chef Jarad McCarroll brings curated menus highlighting local and seasonal ingredients, including just-caught seafood, fresh produce, and wood-fired Braai grilling. Work with our on-site culinary team to create an exceptional food and beverage experience for your special day.
