Our two outdoor pools boast stunning waterfront views, perfect for quick dips, getting lost in a new book (rosé in hand!), or dozing off on a sunny afternoon. Our heated indoor pool—located next to the fitness center with a retractable roof—lets you swim under the sky on warm days or stay cozy when the weather shifts.
THE BEACH
Barefoot walks are even better on a private beach—our beach is exclusively accessible to Montauk Yacht Club guests, and features a sandy waterfront that doubles as a perfect location for outdoor group fitness classes and cozy evening bonfires.
PADDLE BOARDS
Hop onto a complimentary paddle board and journey across the shimmering waters—with life jackets provided by our on-duty beach attendants for extra safety, and boards available on a first-come, first-served basis.

PADEL | PIckle
The only property in Montauk with dedicated padel courts—now part of Court Club by Proper, our new home for padel, pickleball, and tennis. Featuring two world-class padel courts with stunning water views, Court Club is designed for play and spectating, with space to watch matches, share drinks, and socialize.
