ABOUT OUR CHEF

Born and raised in South Africa, Chef Jarad McCarroll fell in love with food from a young age, with a culinary journey that’s taken him from Cape Town to Michelin-starred kitchens across the world. Now calling Star Island home, Chef McCarroll brings his soulful cooking to Ocean Club Montauk, a reimagining of his acclaimed St. Barths’ concept through an East End lens that celebrates just-caught seafood and East End character.
